So, you probably know now that I have loved the Brownie Goose patterns. The Cricket dress was one of my favorites this school year (and I totally believe it should be made into an adult pattern - this is no lie. ;) ) So, tonight we are going to visit the Cricket again, this time as a tunic.
To refresh your memory this is the Cricket https://www.etsy.com/listing/174231043/bg-originals-crickets-dress-and-tunic?ref=shop_home_active_9
And you know I think you are special when I break into the Special Stash of fabric. Today's Cricket tunic is from Anna Maria Horner voile. *sigh* So dreamy.
Let's talk about the pants, because they deserve some mention too. The pants are from another Supah Talented Designer - Jocole. The are the mega ruffles. https://www.etsy.com/listing/96016792/mega-ruffle-pants-instant-download?ref=shop_home_active_12
I made them out of a 4oz (I believe) really lightweight medium denim from JoAnn. I love this look together. And, a big shout out to that cute photographer of mine. He has been knocking these recent pics out of the park.
Isn't she a hoot??
She came home from school early today with a tummy ache :( Send up some prayers for her to feel better. We have a crazy busy weekend, so I am hoping she feels well tomorrow.
Ok, Im just procrastinating now - I have to go do my T25 workout *cries*
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend. We have my son's All District Choir concert Saturday night and she has theatre class Saturday. And, I am hosting a Premier Jewelry party Sunday afternoon. If you want a link to order online, I can hook you up ;)
